3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our full return and refund procedures are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a return or refund.
All return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team first.
Return instructions, including an authorized return address where applicable, are provided by our support team on a case-by-case basis following written authorization.
In many cases, we are able to resolve your concern without requiring a physical return.
Items sent back without prior written authorization cannot be accepted or processed.

4. PRICING, TAXES & DDP (DELIVERED DUTY PAID)

Currency: All prices are displayed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD) depending on your selection or location.

DDP & Taxes: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for both Canada and the U.S. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST for Canada or Sales Tax for the U.S.) are calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the final price includes all applicable duties and taxes for delivery. No additional charges will be applied upon delivery.

5. PRODUCTS & BILLING ACCURACY

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your personal expectations, though we strive for excellence in our fashion curation.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.
