Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we exclusively focus on the Canadian market. We offer shipping across Canada to ensure a dedicated and reliable service for our customers.
Where are the products shipped from?
To provide a diverse selection of the latest fashion trends and competitive pricing, our women’s clothing products are shipped from international distribution centres. This allows us to ensure optimal availability and quality control for every piece we send out.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, modifications may not be possible as the order may already be in the fulfillment stage. Once delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

The estimated delivery time within Canada is 7–10 business days. Most orders arrive within this timeframe; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
What if I do not receive my order?

How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@angelightboutique.com. Important: Return requests must be approved before sending any items. Please do not send returns to our administrative address in Ottawa; we will provide you with the correct return facility details upon approval.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In accordance with Canadian Consumer Law, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider.
