At Angelight Boutique (angelightboutique.com), we want you to feel radiant in every piece you purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help. Our return window is 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

1. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume scents.
  • There are no restocking or handling fees charged for processing returns ($0.00).

Important Shipping Notice:

Our corporate HQ address in Ottawa is an administrative office only and is NOT a return center. Please do not mail packages to Ottawa, as they cannot be accepted, processed, or refunded. Always email info@angelightboutique.com before shipping your package to obtain your return authorization.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong garment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue in your email. For confirmed defects, Angelight Boutique will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (sizing adjustments or change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our New York or Toronto facilities. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our local warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
